Objective: To obtain a senior level Artist Development, Production or Engineering Position that leverages my experience working with both artists and labels to achieve a positive and productive working environment. I hope to work building or helping to sustain a label's profile while developing the roster of artists so that they remain viable and are better able to achieve their own artistic satisfaction. Having worked as both an artist on a label and in the capacity of management relations and technical engineering, I feel as though I am uniquely qualified to address the perspectives of both the artist and label and am confident that I can mediate effectively those perspectives. As well, my experience touring as both a musician and as management has given me enormous insights into the process which could make me an invaluable addition to any label that regularly send its artists on tour.
